Data and purpose

For an enquiry we process your name, contact details, requested property, dates, number of guests, and any notes you choose to send. We use these details to reply and prepare a proposal, on the basis of pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Technical access data is processed for site operation and security under legitimate interests. We do not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or collect payment card details.

Recipients and storage

Your enquiry is handled by the controller’s booking team. Hosting and email delivery providers, including Brevo, provide technical services. Enquiries are stored in a restricted record and delivered by email. We keep them as long as necessary to handle the request, subject to legal obligations or protection of our rights. Technical logs are kept under provider policies and security needs. Contact us for details on the retention periods applied to your enquiry.

External services and cookies

Property maps from Google Maps or OpenStreetMap load only after you choose “Show map”, connecting your browser to that provider. WhatsApp and links to partner sites take you to external services. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits only after you consent to the Statistics category through Complianz. The service may process cookie identifiers and page interaction data; no advertising tags are configured. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time via Manage consent. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where the GDPR provides these rights. Contact us at the privacy email above. You can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
