Stay conditions

Arrival and departure

Check-in from 3 pm. Check-out by 10 am. Any other arrangements require confirmation from our booking team.

What is included

Bed and bath linen, utilities and final cleaning are included. Tourist tax and any supplements specified in the proposal are not included.

Standard rate

A deposit of 30% of the total is due on booking confirmation, by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining 70% is paid on site. Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival. For later cancellations, refer to the conditions in the booking proposal.

Non-refundable rate

Full payment is due at the time of booking. No refund is provided in case of cancellation.

Payment methods

Bank transfer or credit card. To pay by card, reply to the confirmation email to request a self-service payment link. Do not send card numbers or security codes through the website form, email or WhatsApp. This website does not take payments.

Cribs and pets

A crib may be requested, subject to availability, with a possible supplement of €35 per stay. Pets are accepted only in apartments that allow them, as stated on each page. Charges and acceptance must be confirmed with the booking team.

Tourist tax

For non-exempt guests: €1.80 in Bormio and €1.50 in Valdisotto per person per night for up to 7 consecutive nights. Municipal exemptions apply. The booking team will specify the amount for your stay.
